Google Patches Critical Vulnerability With Chrome 99 Update

Google’s Chrome 99 update, issued on Tuesday, addresses a significant vulnerability uncovered by one of the company’s own researchers.
The major bug, identified as CVE-2022-0971, is defined as a use-after-free problem impacting the Blink Layout component. The bug was discovered by Sergei Glazunov of Google Project Zero.
