➢ Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions (Active Directory, O365, etc.).
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support or relevant teams when required.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of issues, resolutions, and configurations.
• Support remote and on-site users with connectivity, VPN, and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repair or replacement.
• Ensure antivirus, patches, and updates are up to date across all systems.
• Participate in IT asset management, inventory tracking, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Follow IT policies, security guidelines, and ensure data protection compliance.

➢ Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
• Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of Windows / macOS operating systems.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation.

➢ Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice).
• Basic knowledge of ITIL concepts.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, etc.).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or ITIL Foundation.

➢ Role Description

• Experience in one or more SIEM tools like Wazuh / Splunk
• Understanding of log formats for syslog, http logs, DB logs and how to gather forensics for traceability back to a security event
• Knowledgeable in reverse-engineering/analysis tools such as Wireshark
• Knowledge of security devices such as IDS/IPS, HIDS/HIPS, anomaly detection, Firewall and Antivirus systems and their log output
• Track, identify and respond to various security events reported in SIEM, system and event logs, and other sources which require further analysis.
• Provide input, trends or analytical support to discover anomalous traffic, behaviours or patterns related to new threat activity, policy violations, etc.
• Participate in internal projects and initiatives, researching and recommending appropriate security solutions.

➢ Qualifications

• MUST have: Master’s degree completed / Last Sem (with Cybersecurity specialization only)
• Should have: Apart from Master’s degree as above, the graduation should be B.E. (IT/CS) /B Tech - Cybersecurity or Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity.
• Passion for defensive Cybersecurity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill / Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 environment.

➢ Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MERN stack
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring mockups to life
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Work with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
• Write unit and integration tests
• Ensure security and data protection in applications

➢ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js, Express.js)
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
• Proficient understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and cloud platforms (optional: AWS, Heroku, Vercel)
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization (e.g., JWT, OAuth)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation

➢ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on network infrastructure, servers, and systems.
• Perform in-depth security testing of web applications to identify vulnerabilities like OWASP Top 10 flaws (e.g., SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF).
• Assess the security posture of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), including configuration reviews and penetration testing.
• Conduct security assessments of RESTful and SOAP APIs, checking for authentication, authorization, and other API-specific vulnerabilities.
• Perform manual and automated source code reviews to identify security flaws in application logic.
• Utilize and interpret results from SAST (Static Application Security Testing) and DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) tools to find and validate vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate network security controls, perform firewall rule reviews, and conduct network-level penetration tests.
• Prepare detailed, high-quality reports documenting vulnerabilities, their business impact, and actionable remediation steps.
• Effectively communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including client meetings and presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.

➢ Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
• Infrastructure Security: Proven experience in Infrastructure VA/PT.
• Web & API Security: Strong expertise in Web Application Penetration Testing and API Security Testing.
• Cloud Security: Hands-on experience with Cloud Security Testing for platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Code Review & Testing Tools: Familiarity with Source Code Review and practical experience using SAST & DAST tools.
• Network Security: Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and network security architecture.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with security tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, Acunetix, or similar.
• Standards: Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, and other security standards.

➢ Qualifications and Certifications (Preferred)

• Certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), eJPT (eLearnSecurity Junior Penetration Tester), or OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) would be a strong advantage.

➢ Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for cybersecurity products and services.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with Government customers.
• Collaborate with pre-sales/solution architects to position the right mix of cyber security products, SI services, and managed security solutions.
• Drive the complete sales cycle – lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, closure, and post-sales handover.
• Manage and grow revenue from assigned accounts across sectors such as BFSI, government, manufacturing, telecom, and healthcare.
• Achieve quarterly/annual sales and revenue targets as set by management.
• Provide regular pipeline updates, forecasts, and account plans using CRM tools.

➢ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business.
• 0-3 years of IT solution sales experience in government sector, focused on cybersecurity solution sales. (Preferred)
• Proven success in selling a mix of security products (SIEM, SOAR, UBEA, cloud security, SOC services). (Preferred)
• Strong connections with government customers and ability to influence IT/security decision-makers. (Preferred)
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in coordinating with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned revenue targets.
