Maharashtra Cyber police will use AI for the first round of interviews in their recruitment process for 150 cyber consultant roles. The AI system will assess candidates through chat, voice, and facial recognition, speeding up the process and reducing bias. While AI will score the candidates, a traditional interview will follow for final selection.
